Terms of Service

Please read before making an order

We do not create artwork involving:
- NSFW (gore/nudity)
- Elderly subjects
- Realism
- Full mecha/armor___General
- By purchasing this service, you automatically agrees to the applicable terms and conditions.
- Using artwork for NFT and AI is prohibited.___Payment
- Full payment is made after the sketch is approved.
- Payments accepted are only IDR or USD.
- Payment via Paypal for USD.
- Payment via BCA, GoPay, or ShopeePay for IDR.___Turnaround Time
- The turnaround time will vary depending on commission type and queue (the fastest is 5 days and the longest is 1 month)
- Deadlines may be established and potentially incurring additional costs, which will be discussed in further detail. Please inform us in advance when placing an order.___Revision
- No limit to the number of revisions while the artwork is in the sketch stage.
- After the sketch stage, only 3x revisions are allowed.
- Additional revisions will incur extra costs.___Artwork
- The commission artwork will be sent via e-mail (You will get JPEG and PNG file).
- For commercial use, PSD (Photoshop) or IPV (IbisPaint) files can be provided upon commissioner's request.

Work Procedures

1. Contact Us
Please send a message via Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook DM to inquire about slot availability. If it is confirmed that a slot is available, we will request commission details (such as commission type, character reference, deadline, etc.), which you can then provide.You can also order it on V-gen.

2. Working on Sketch
After you provide the commission details, we will promptly begin working on the sketch. The sketch will be provided for client review.3. Payment
Once you approve the sketch, we will send you an invoice for the total amount and full payment will be required to proceed to the next stage.4. Coloring and Finishing
You will receive progress updates during the coloring process at least twice a week. The final results will be sent via message chat for confirmation.5. Commission Delivery
After confirmation of the final artwork, the completed artwork will be sent via e-mail with all necessary files.

Terms of Service

Commissioner
- By purchasing this service, the commissioner automatically agrees to the applicable terms and conditions.
- Commissioners are prohibited from claiming commissioned artwork as their own creation.
- Commissioners are prohibited from using commission artwork for AI purposes (such as uploading it to AI-generated sites, using it as AI training material, etc.).
- Commissioners are prohibited from using commission artwork for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
- Commissioners are permitted to share the commissioned artwork with or without a watermark, on condition that proper credit is given to us as the artist.
- Commissioners are permitted to edit the commissioned artwork (e.g., adding text, editing backgrounds, using it for video editing), but only with prior permission from us.
- Commissioners are permitted to request a private commission, wherein the work-in-progress (WIP) or final commission results will not be shared by us as part of our portfolio or elsewhere. These requests may incur a small additional charge and must be communicated at the beginning of the order.
- Personal Use: Commissioners are allowed to use or share commissioned works of art for personal use, such as using them as wallpaper, icons, or printing them in any form, provided they are not used for sale.
- Commercial Use: Commissioners may use or share the artwork for commercial use (merchandise, posters, etc.).___Artist
- We reserve the right to upload artwork as part of our portfolio on social media, unless the commissioner has requested a private commission.
- We reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.
- We reserve the right to issue a refund if we choose not to proceed with or are unable to continue the commission for any reason.___Ordering
- To ensure the precision of your commission request, kindly submit your notes concisely and clearly.
- Additional charges may apply for highly detailed character designs.
- All messages explaining commission details must be in English or Bahasa Indonesia.___Payment
- Misuse of IDR prices to pay in USD is strictly prohibited for non-residents of Indonesia.
- We are not liable for any errors made by the commissioner during the transaction.
- We only accept payments in USD via PayPal and IDR payments via BCA. Other IDR payment options include ShopeePay and GoPay.
- Work will be continued only after 100% payment has been made following approval of the sketch.
- No refunds will be issued once the commission has progressed to the coloring stage, except under specific circumstances.___Revision
- The responsibility lies with the commissioner to ensure all necessary details are provided for the commission. Please communicate any required changes.
- We are not accountable for unsatisfactory elements in the final design if no feedback was given to rectify them.
- Progress updates will be automatically provided twice a week. Commissioners may request additional updates according to their preferences and may request revisions during these update periods.
- After the sketch stage is complete and the commission progresses, only 3x revisions are permitted.
- If revisions are requested more than once, an additional fee of 3 USD or IDR 10,000 per revision will be charged.
- Upon completion of the order, minor adjustments such as color corrections are allowed if any details were overlooked that were provided in the initial order.___Turnaround Time
- The turnaround time will vary depending on commission type and queue (the fastest is 5 days and the longest is 1 month)
- Deadlines may be established and potentially incurring additional costs, which will be discussed in further detail. Please inform us in advance when placing an order.
- A short deadline may incur rush fees, amounting to at least 5 USD or IDR 30,000. Costs may vary depending on the project and provided timeframe.
- You will be promptly informed if there are urgent reasons preventing the completion of the commission work.
- If up to 1 month we have not completed the commission without any notification, commissioners reserve the right to request a refund.___Copyright
- We reserve the right to watermark our own work.
- We do not have the right to resell the commissioned works.
- We will not trace other artists' artwork. However, some similarities such as poses or expressions may arise from the reference provided by the commissioner.___Canvas Size
- For non-background commission types, the default canvas sizes are as follows:
a) 1:1 ratio, 1500 x 1500 px for Icon/head
b) 3:4 ratio, 2000 x 2600 px px for bust-up
c) 3:4 ratio, 2000 x 2600 px for half-body
d) 9:16 ratio, 1600 x 2844 px for full-body
- The canvas size may be adjusted to fit the entire image___Final Product
- Commissioned work will be delivered in the form of transparent JPEG, PNG, and Transparent PNG (for non-background commission) files via email.
- IPV (IbisPaint) and PSD (Photoshop) files can be provided for commercial commissions upon the commissioner's request.
- The commissioner is responsible for storing all files provided by us.
- We are not obligated to post commissioned work in any public space, and if posted, we reserve the right to remove it at any time.
- Commissioned work uploaded as part of our portfolio will always feature a commissioned work watermark.
- We automatically include the name of the commissioner on uploaded commission work. Please inform us if you prefer to not be mentioned.
- Feedback on the final product is welcome after its completion.
